The recent inspection of the Catholic education provided by St. Alban’s Catholic Primary School, in Mona Place, Cardiff, by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate of the Archdiocese of Cardiff found a “strong strong and effective partnership between the school and parish … contributes exceptionally well to pupils’ spiritual formation.”
The report, released publicly today, gives a strong endorsement of the programme of improvement implemented at the School since the Cardiff Oratory was given pastoral care of the Parish of St. Alban’s in August 2019.
According to the report, the inspection team found that “St Alban’s [School] is a warm , welcoming and caring faith community built on and driven by Gospel values and their Mission Statement ‘Every day we learn, love and pray following in the footsteps of Jesus.’”
The report also found “strong links to [St. Alban’s] parish, enhanced by quality and dedicated chaplaincy provision,” which “ensures pupils receive many opportunities for spiritual and moral development.”
