On the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross we were excited for the clothing in the habit of St. Philip Neri of Fr Alexander which marks another stage in the development of this Oratory in Formation. Since the clothing in April of Fr. Sebastian and Bro Ambrose there has developed a real sense of Oratorian family. It is to that Oratorian family that we welcome a new member. It has been decided by the Cardiff community that it will be the custom of this Oratory in Formation to include in the name of its members the name of Mary as an expression of filial devotion to the Mother of God. Today, under the name of Fr. Alexander Mary the newest member of the community is clothed.
